Which personal data do I process?
I process your personal data as soon as you contact me. That could be because you subscribe to my newsletter (i@peners), enter your contact details on my website, call or email me directly, if you book one or more sessions with me, hire me as a trainer or coach, buy a product or service via my webshop or participate in a workshop, course or training that I organize.
That means that I process one or more of the following personal data of you:
- First and last name
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Other personal data that you provide me with via verbal and / or written contact.
- Bank account number
Are you younger than 16 years old?
If you are under the age of 16, you need permission from your parents or legal guardian to use my website, products and services.
Why do I process personal data?
Reasons for which I need your personal data:
For maintaining contact as soon as you have purchased a service or product or have shown an interest in purchasing it. For example, to be able to call, mail or send mail (eg. Christmas card).
Because of compliance with legal requirements, eg. in the context of my accounting.
For analyzing visitor behavior to improve my website.
For marketing purposes, such as sending a personalized newsletter if you have registered for it or bought a product or service from me.
What I don’t do with your data
I do not sell or rent your data and do not pass it on to others. I also won’t make them public.
I do not make decisions based on automated data processing on issues that may have negative consequences for you. I am talking about decisions that computer programs or systems make without involving a human being.
With which third parties do I share your personal data?
In principle, I am the only one who has access to your data. But there are third parties who have access to all or parts of your data. That is only the case if the law requires this or if it is necessary for me to be able to do my business properly. Processor agreements apply to these parties.
What do I do with my newsletter?
Via my site you can subscribe to my newsletter (i@peners) or request another product in which you gain insight in or inspiration about how you connect with your intuition and can get on your natural track.
To be sure of your permission, I use the double opt-in system for this. This means that after your registration you will receive an extra email at the email address you provided. In this email I ask you to confirm your permission. If you bought a service or product from me, you will automatically receive my newsletter. Every (follow-up) mail or newsletter that I send contains the option to unsubscribe, via a link, button or just by replying ‘Unsubscribe’.
What do I do with cookies?
I use a number of types of cookies to make my website as user-friendly as possible.
Cookies that ensure that my website functions properly.
Cookies that show me the use of the website. This enables me to make the structure, navigation and content of the website as user-friendly as possible. The statistics and other reports cannot be traced to individual people.
With Google Analytics I measure how you use the website and how you found me. I use this knowledge to improve my site. I have a processing agreement with Google and the data is encrypted and processed anonymously. I have turned off sharing data with Google. The cookies are stored for a maximum of 2 years. Google does not share anonymous data with third parties. If you want to know more, you can read the Google Privacy Statement.

How long do I store your personal data?
I do not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which I collect your data.
That means the following:
I will keep your personal data for the newsletter as long as you do not unsubscribe.
I will keep your personal data, when you are (or have been) a customer for up to five years after the last, necessary, business contact.
I will keep your personal data in connection with another business contact no later than five years after the last contact.
Exception: as an entrepreneur, I am legally obliged to keep my administration, including invoices with address details, for seven years.
How do I protect personal data?
I take the protection of your data seriously and have taken appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes.
If you feel that your information is not properly protected or if there is any indication of abuse, please contact me at email@example.com.
Do you want to view, modify or delete your data?
Of course you can view, correct or remove your personal data.
You can view, adjust or remove the data that you are subscribed to in the newsletter via the link at the bottom of that newsletter. Contact me if you want to change other details. I will respond to your request within four weeks. If you have a complaint, you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
I will occasionally have to adjust this statement because, for example, my website or the rules regarding cookies change. I can always change the content of the statements and cookies included in the lists and without prior notice. I recommend that you regularly consult this statement for the latest version, to assess whether you want to revise your permission.
